Torque sensors can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Power equipment, torque transducer, load equipment should be installed on a stable basis to avoid excessive vibration, otherwise there may be data instability, reduce the measurement accuracy, and even damage the sensor. We try to use elastic pin couplings or rigid couplings during installation. During installation, the concentricity of the axis of power equipment, torque sensor and load equipment should be less than 0.05mm.

The coupling of torque load cell in the use process needs to comply with three principles: first, when the concentricity is less than 0.2mm or greater than 0.05mm, it is recommended to use elastic connection. We can choose rigid connections outside this range. Second, when the torque sensor is used, it should be installed between the power source and load of the two groups of couplings. The power load and load equipment must be fixed and reliable to avoid vibration, otherwise it will lead to the instrument can not work normally. Third, when the standard torque instrument is used, no matter what way it is installed, the coupling should bear a certain axial force and bending moment, so as to avoid too much bearing force on the instrument, which will directly lead to damage of the instrument.
