When the weighing sensor is delivered to the customer, in order to protect the weighing sensor in transit from being damaged, the packaging of the sensor is very particular.

When packing a weighing load cell, pay attention to the following points to ensure that the product is shipped in a qualified package.

First, the small shape of the load cell is generally installed in a small packaging box. The box has a foil that fits the shape characteristics of the weighing sensor, such as plastic foam. In this case, the sensor is not easy to be damaged in transit, so we only need to add a large carton in the small packaging box to be able to safely send out.

Second, the size of the sensor is large, especially the non-standard products, because each sensor has an outlet hole, if the sensor packaging is improper, the first damage is the outlet of the sensor. It is quite troublesome to return to the factory for repair after the hole is damaged. It is also easy to cause sensor damage.

Three, if the distance is far and the sensor quality is large, we should tie a packing belt on the sensor external packing box, so there should be no problem.

Tips: When we pack, we must choose strong cartons. In the case of demand, wooden boxes can be selected. The internal padding should be made of hard plastic foam, and the weighing sensor is fixed in the padding. It is better that the weighing sensor will not shake when the packing case is shaken.
