2. The load cell should be handled gently, especially the aluminum alloy elastomer material For large capacity weighing sensor, it has a large dead weight. So it is required in handling, installation, as far as possible to use the appropriate lifting equipment.

3. The loading direction of each weighing sensor is determined. When the sensor is used, the load must be loaded in this direction.

4. Some baffles should be set around the weighing sensor as far as possible, or even cover the sensor with a thin metal plate. This can prevent debris from contaminating the sensor. The movable parts will often affect the weighing accuracy.

5. Although the weighing sensor has a certain overload capacity, the overload of the sensor should be prevented during the installation of the weighing system. In the installation process, you can first replace the sensor with a pad of the same height as the sensor, and finally the sensor is replaced. In normal operation, the sensor should generally set the mechanical structure of overload protection.
